Christin Bates

Christin played a vital role in the search and purchase of my dream home! She made the entire process less stressful with her professionalism, reliability, knowledge, and ability to recognize my needs. She represented me well during negotiations, kept me informed, and made smart suggestions along the way. Absolutely, I would recommend Christin Bates to my family and friends! She was truly a pleasure to work with during such a high stress time.

I've bought and sold homes in the past and I found Christin to be most professional, trustworthy and hands on. She visited my home when I could not. She took care of matters when I was out of the area. She made me feel most comfortable at all stages of the selling process. I could not have asked for a better broker.

Christin was very easy to work with and answered all questions. She got back to me in a timely manner and we were very happy with the outcome.
