Christine was amazing! She saved the day and I am convinced because of her we were able to sell at the price and time we did. We had a particularly wishy washy buyer- and the buyer's agents were a nightmare - but she never gave up and her we are in our new house! I would recommend her to anyone!

Christine is the best , I've done multiple deals with her and every single time she has done an amazing job. Don't waste your time with other agents and go straight to the best.

Great person to get information and help in buying land/house. Will help even if their simple questions. Very patient and communicative. Positive personality.

Christine helped me located a property quickly and efficiently within a minimal time frame. Also provided quick and prompt answers to any concerns I had in the moment as well as negotiated a great price for me. Highly recommend.

Christine was an OUTSTANDING realtor. She was knowledgeable, receptive to our needs, and was always responsive to texts, calls, and emails. The guidance through the selling and purchasing process she provided was invaluable. We highly recommend Christine De Vivo!

She walked us through every step of the process with clarity and confidence, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Christine went above and beyond to ensure our home was presented in the best possible light. Her advice on staging, pricing, and timing was spot-on, and her marketing strategy helped us attract serious buyers quickly. We always felt like a priority—she was responsive, patient with our questions, and always had our best interests in mind. Thanks to Christine, our home sold faster than we expected and at a price we were very happy with. More than just an agent, she became a trusted guide and advocate throughout the journey. We can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Christine de Vivo made me feel at peace with the purchase of my home. I knew she was working on the best interest of me and my husband. We are very happy with the way she worked our deal.

I read testimonials from previous clients from Christine De Vivo, but it really is much better. Because she is professional in her work and very good at selling properties.
