I reviewed all of the agents on the Gary Greene - Katy website. Christine Duncan's page impressed me. The text on her page was well written with no typos or grammatical errors. The page was updated with her latest sales so that I could tell she was active and successful. Her awards and recognition gave me confidence that her peers respected her expertise. After reviewing all of the other agents, I felt that Christine's years of experience, expertise, and attention to detail could be a good fit for me. I gave Christine a list of my "must have" and "nice to have" things that I wanted in my new home. I also gave her a list of properties I had researched on HAR that I wanted to see. She arranged viewings of almost all of the homes on the first day. She submitted an offer on one of those homes the next day. Christine was truly an asset in the negotiations.
