When I say that Christine Matheny is an absolute treasure, I do not use that phrase lightly. This has been my second home buying experience with Christine, and she exceeded my expectations beyond my last experience, which was difficult to achieve, in my opinion. I had three criteria going into this move: 1) I have a severely developmentally disabled adult son, who's caregiving needs are changing 2) I needed to be closer to my daughter 3) I wanted to be closer to Church. No matter how many times I drove down, Christine was willing to show me EVERY home I chose to look at, as well as show me homes she felt might be appropriate for my needs. She listened to my criteria and delivered 150%. Christine was exceptional with her attention to detail, pointing out the "what ifs", and eventually assisting me in making the best and most important decision for myself and my son. Christine possesses five important characteristics: honesty, integrity, quality, compassion and service...she is the best.
