There are many good real estatae agents in Coeur d'Alene, but only one can be the best and her name is Christine Matheny. I live 1,200 miles away from the house I sold in Coeur d'Alene and was not able to be present during any stage of the sale but Christine took care of every detail, large and small. Communication was excellent and the sale went through smoothly. I highly recommend Christine Matheny for any type of real estate transsaction.

Christine made the home buying process so enjoyable! Her extensive knowledge and experience made me feel confident and at ease. She's an excellent communicator and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I'm especially thankful for her experience and relationship with our builder - she worked quickly and diligently to see that all our needs and wishes were met. She also had excellent referrals for local mortgage bankers and home inspectors. I felt that she genuinely cared about us, which is rare to find. It was wonderful to work with her and we'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Christine provided a wonderful experience for finding our home. She was a thorough researcher and always flexible with our search. We also found Christine to go over and beyond your typical realtor expectations. She is the full transition experience to a new community and stays in touch after the transaction closes. Christine was AWESOME! We had a difficult situation of selling an elderly family member's home, and with Christine's knowledge, expertise and hard work, the home sold within a week. She made the process fast, easy and stress free, guideing us through each step along the way. We would certainly recommend her to help others! Thank you Christine!

Working with Christine Matheny was not only productive and educational but also extremely pleasurable. She managed to get things done that seemed to be impossible. Christine is hands down the best realtor I have ever used. My property was sold in a record time of 3 days. I honestly couldn't ask for a better realtor. She sets the bar super high with her knowledge of the area, prices, and people.
