First of all Christopher Caballero went above and beyond what I thought a real estate agent does. He handled repairs, upgrades and payments for pool services. He earned my trust before I even signed with him! He is honest , kind ! And has integrity !. Always professional even when I couldn't be. There were issues with a neighbor and He did whatever it took to help me sell my aunts house. He is now my personal Realtor for life. I will recommend him to anyone who will listen. I seriously consider him a new found friend. In today's world TRUST is hard to come by. Christopher is the real deal!!! I can't thank him enough.

Christopher Caballero was an answer to a prayer due to the unexpected passing of a family member that left a home in probate. Due to a long illness, the family member was not able to maintain the upkeep on the home, leaving it in ill repair. Christopher guided us through the sell process and made repair suggestions to get top dollar for the home. If we were not able to do the repairs ourselves, Christopher was an unbelievable source for processional services. We used his resource list for painters, cleaners, landscapers, and A/C tech, at prices I could not match. Without Christopher's local marketing, probate knowledge, eye for details we could not sold the home for the top dollar it did. We recommend him highly.

Christopher was very informative. He new what we were looking for and found us our dream home. The whole experience was great. Quick, easy, lots of communication. The whole team was professional. Great customer service. I would recommend Christopher Caballero to my family and friends.

In additional to other qualities mention previously , the photographs were beautiful which enhanced the beauty of the house . The open house day had people lined up on both side of street and around the corner hours before scheduled open house time.

I had a wonderful experience finding a new home o with Christopher. This is the second time that Christopher has represented me and I always choose him as my agent for one main reason. The first reason is Christopher’s communication skills. With every phase of this condo sale, Christopher provided important updates regarding the purchase of the home. Since I work from home, Christopher was mindful of my work schedule and scheduled showings around my availability. He also adhered and provided important COVID sanitation protocols and followed CDC requirements when scheduling these showings as to protect the prospective buyer and myself. Christopher was very mindful of this and had mine and other’s health as a top priority. Additionally, Christopher communicated offers in a timely manner. Along with this quality, Christopher’s knowledge and experience in real estate makes him stand out as an agent and I would use his service again for future real estate transactions.

Chris did an amazing job throughout the whole process. His dedication to selling my Dads house was more than exceptional! Thank you Chris for all you did!

I found Christopher to be very professional and trustworthy.

Christopher Caballero expressed at all times nothing but a friendly and professional business manner. From our initial meeting he presented a confident selling proposal to my wife and I, leading to our home selling in only 3 days. During negotiations he demonstrated his loyalty and support to us with buyers and their selling agent through his firmness yet patient manner. Throughout the whole selling process, Christopher helped guide us with his excellent knowledge and experience. Because my wife and I purchased a newly still under contstruction home through a home builder, we would have also seeked Christopher assistance in finding a new home for us. I highly recommend Christopher in your selling or buying project. You will not be disappointed.
