This was my second transaction with Chris… Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Chris was right there with workable and viable solutions.

Chris was very diligent and made the extra effort going to properties not particularly close to his office, preparing videos, giving honest feedback on pros and cons of properties. Frankly more than I would have expected from an agent but very very helpful since I was an out of area buyer and needed extra help to scout and assess properties.

After the passing of my stepmother, I was left with getting the house ready to go on the market. Chris was so good in encouragement and suggestions. He was a rock; someone I could call and get answers if needed. He went out of his way to take a huge load to the dump, in his truck, as I had no way of hauling all that stuff. He volunteered to do this and with a very cheerful heart, he helped me load his truck with so much "stuff". Then would not tell me what it cost. What a gentleman. It was a very hard time for me, as I was alone in making decisions. My stepmother had a close friend who always came when she called for help, and he was re-starting his life with his daughter. So that part was great for me as he needed furniture and stuff that came with a home, so he took all of that. The rest I took to Goodwill. Then down to cleaning. Chris and I went around the house inspecting what I need to do or take care of later. So, he gave me a good idea on what I was in for. No surprises. Thank you, Chris, for being such a great realtor and human being. :-)

We highly recommend Chris Gederos. If your buying or selling this is the gentleman to use. Know need to look any further. He communicates extremely well. Returns yr emails, call very quickly.
