Christopher Porter

Christopher provided a common sense approach to selling our home. Pricing was on target and our home had offers quickly. He was extremely helpful with some unexpected urgent needs! Very knowledgeable on the market and what to expect. I would definitely recommend him to other sellers in the area.

We had the best experience working with Christopher. From our first meeting until closing he made the whole process stress free and easy. He took the time to understand our timeline and what we needed and worked with us at every step. Whenever I had a question he was there to answer. He understands the market, he knows what he's doing and thanks to him we sold our house at a price we're super happy with!

Christopher was referred to us by our relocation company for a corporate relocation. He was kind and professional during our first meeting and my husband and I agreed that he was the right pick to help us sell our home. Throughout the process, Christopher offered thoughtful and realistic recommendations. He helped us navigate an unusual buyer situation and asked thoughtful questions to make sure that our sale and relocation went as smoothly as possible for us. We were incredibly impressed with Christopher's calm demeanor throughout the selling process. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell on the west side of Indy!
