We have bought and sold our home utilizing Chris as our realtor. He basically did the impossible in Dowagiac by getting our home sold in less than 6 months. Chris is always very responsive, considerate, and easy to communicate with. His photography skills shown through in a very accurate representation of our property, our listing was on par with anything you'd see in Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, or any other metro area. Chris is very knowledgeable with the SWMI region and can point you in the right direction when it comes to neighborhoods. I would highly suggest his services to anyone looking to move in or out of the area. Also, Chris made our long distance closing easy on us and it went off without a hitch. Thank you again Chris and we wish you all the best.

Chris was very knowledgeable of the area, and always made him self available for showings. Would highly recommend his services

New Chris was honest and hard working. Chris was keeping in touch letting me know possible buyers were looking at the house and feed back from buyers. Times when I had questions, texted him pretty late at night and he texted me back. Never want to have to sell again but would look for Chris to sell or buy as my realtor.

We had a smooth process and Chris was there through the whole sale. He is very professional, prompt and courteous. Having dealt with other agents at Cressy & Everett that we were not satisfied with in the past made it an easy decision to have Christopher Radics sell my home. I would recommend him to anyone I know!

Chris Radics was your representative when we both bought and sold the subject property. I think that speaks for itself.
