Amazing realtor!!!!! I admit, I was hesitant about using a realtor again. We even interviewed 3 of them to see what they all did...not much; just free ads on Kijiji, Facebook and the MLS...and their fees were insane for that!! BUT....Christopher was the 4th one we interviewed and I WAS BLOWN AWAY!! A full time agent who not only had actual selling experience, but he has a REAL proven marketing plan!! He actually spent money ensuring I received the most exposure possible for our home, REAL money! And to top it off, he had guarantees to back it all up, which no other agent had! The result? He SOLD our home in 2 weeks, at a price HIGHER then the others quoted and at a fee much LESS! Don't waste the time, if you're selling in Lethbridge, call Christopher!!
