Christopher Soto

Chris is an amazing individual. His experience and professionalism was displayed through out the entire process. Selling my home and buying a new one was not easy. Especially the buying part. The original lender that I was working with lied to my family and I. Luckily Chris is a very proactive person and began to look for a new lender weeks before the original lender would deny us. Chris moved quickly and was able to save the deal and got us into our new home. Thank you Chris!!

My husband and I searched for a home for almost two years, and our needs changed a lot during that time — from locations to the number of bedrooms and everything in between. Sometimes we were super active, and other times we paused the search. Through it all, Chris was incredibly patient, understanding, and never pushy. He consistently sent us listings, answered all our questions, and always gave honest advice — even if it meant telling us something wasn’t in our best interest. We really appreciated that he truly cared more about us finding the right home than just closing a deal. We first met Chris at one of his open houses in Palmdale and were immediately drawn to how genuine and approachable he was. He was always easy to reach and took the time to explain things clearly, which made us feel confident every step of the way. Thanks to Chris, we found a house we’re proud to call home. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and just great to work with. We’d absolutely recommend him to anyone.
