How can you argue with a closing price of $50k over asking? Nine offers in .. I think it was within 4 days after open houses? Even through a few closing delays, he never wavered that the buyers would complete, while I muttered about darn underwriters. We rode that out and Chris was able to call with the good news... we recorded, closing was complete! It went very smoothly with everything E Z Home Search managed, but I never felt I was working with a business or a company. I just felt I was working with Chris! I knew he had the Brokerage behind him, and I did research the company reviews and house sale numbers. I didn't feel like just another customer... I felt like the customer. In selling houses, he was a rock star! He always called back. He responds to texts. He makes sure you don't miss communications that may have come from others... lawyers, sellers realtor or lawyers... by calling and letting you know! Get on his radar if you are selling property, he's a busy guy. But if you are his client he is busy for you and with you in team effort to market and sell your house. Chris took care of things in a such a way, you'd think it was his mom's home he was selling. Everything he had control over went like clock work. Tasks that hit his desk were done quickly. I hired him over the phone in a 15 minute conversation. Things he agreed to then, happened! He said he would do his best for the family, get the most for our older family home and he did! Christopher Terry was able to create a road map for me to follow from listing, to prepping the house through offers and to closing. I worked with others in various needs in navigating probate, lawyers, legal assistants , banks; Chris is the only one I would work with again. The suggestions he made for making the home most attractive to buyers, timing the listing and open houses were what made the house ready to sell , at right time for a great price. Chris marketed the house so well we had multiple offers in just days. The house sold for $50k over our asking price! Though Massachusetts is a State that demands/ requires that lawyers complete the closing of real estate transactions, it was Chris Terry that kept closing on track and kept us calm until closing day. His fees were known upfront from the first conversation and never changed from better than reasonable costs... something quite opposite from the legal firm experience... which nearly trippled!. Chris navigated The whole process with me living 3000 miles away, working my 3 jobs. He helped me keep family calm with facts, offer comparrison charts and a steady confidence in this house selling well. He was right. He isn't new to real estate sale but still has a high level of excitement in doing the work needed. He kept his promise to keep my to do list short, because he was able to target only those changes that were important and would...and did pay off. I never knew Chris before needing his help after the passing of my mom. All I can say is you really want him on your side. His brokerage numbers are wonderful, but the even more helpful part of working with him was feeling my mom's home was in good hands, and so being able to keep family calm and on task throughout the process. What is that worth? Everything!

Chris is always one or more steps ahead of the process. Knowing we may not get the deed on record by the 330 deadline on a Friday he had an agreement ready at closing to allow us to move in the same day we signed.

We found Chris delightful to work with. He kept us informed all along the way. One of my wife's main desires was good communication and Chris excelled at that.

I previously had thoughts of selling 2 times before this one. Chris took the time and expense all 3 times to research the comps and put together a very detailed and informative color packet / book for him to go through with me. As crazy as it may sound the previous 2 times he actually talked me out of selling. He knew as well as I after talking with him those times just weren't right for me to sell. This last time was, and was able to find a buyer at the 1st open house!! He negotiated hard to get me well over asking, and market value in a declining market!
