Christopher was always kind and truly compassionate. He was always readily available to speak with us, given any question or concern we had. Chris took the time to really listen and, was always honest! He helped ease every concern that we had. He truly lifted the burden of what could have been a very stressful process for our family. We don’t have enough words to express our genuine appreciation for his kindness, professionalism and job well done!

I have used Chris Terry in the past and was pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. When I needed a broker, there was no question of who to call. I again called Chris Terry knowing he would have my best interests and guide me through the process of buying land and having a house built. If you need a real estate agent, I would highly recommend Chris Terry. Chris Terry was instrumental in getting me the deal I wanted in the location I was looking for. Chris Terry is very professional, polite and easy to deal with. Chris Terry helped me through the whole process. Even following up a year later and helping me with a problem I had with the builder and he was crucial in getting the house finished correctly.

Chris did an outstanding job from beginning to end. He is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. He is always responsive and kept me informed at every step of the way.

Christopher Terry was listing agent for home we purchased and was very responsive as well as instrumental in our purchase being successful.

I have dealt with a couple other realtors and it was difficult to get in touch with them and when they did get back to me it was like I was bothering them. Every time I called Chris with a question, 95 percent of the time he would answer his phone and the other 5 percent he would call me right back and answer my questions truthfully and direct, without sugar coating. Also, Chris was very helpful finding my mother a nice apartment so we could sell our house and move into the apartment without any overlap. I will use Chris in any other real estate business I have and recommend him to all family and friends.

We had such an wonderful experience dealing with Christopher Terry. He showed up to every open house we wanted to go see. Just an all around honest person. Because of Christopher we are now in our forever home and could not be happier thank you Christopher Terry

He answered all my questions no matter what time it was I would recommend him to anybody

Chris Terry is excellent at what he does. He is able to answer any questions (even foolish ones) a person would have during the process of selling or buying a home. I have used Chris when i needed to sell my home and again when I decided to purchase another home later that year. I would recommend Chris to anyone looking for a great realtor!

Chris' expertise in real estate, especially for the Fall River area, was evident from the first phone message exchange and on through the sale of my home and the closing. He is reliable, accurate and honest. If I buy or sell another house in the area he is the realtor I call.

It was a pleasure working with Chris Terry. He was always professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about selling property in Massachusetts. Since we live in Nevada, it was imperative that we had a realtor that could do all the work. Chris met that match and beyond. He was persistent in getting documents signed by people who were hard to meet with because of various reasons and the closing took place on time. Chris helped my sister purchase her house in Tiverton, Rhode Island and that went very well because of Chris' hard work. I would highly recommend Chris Terry as anyone's Real Estate Agent.
