Recommendation
Christy and Danen Butler were fantastic. After listing with another broker for nearly a year with poor results, we switched to Christy and Danen based on their outstanding reputation. They sold are property quickly and at a higher price than we expected. Their marketing approach created significantly more visibility and their expertise and professionalism navigated the deal around potential hurdles to keep the closing on tract. In the end, we received a cash deal for more than expected and closed in 21 days. We are grateful to fine such great agents like Christy and Danen Butler.
