Ciaran ONeill

Moving from Germany to Canada, we only had a few days for our House Hunting Trip, so finding the right home in such a short time felt overwhelming. Ciaran made the entire experience easy from the start. He quickly understood what we were looking for, had great knowledge of the desirable neighbourhoods we wanted to live in, and helped us find the perfect home in just one day. Throughout the home-buying process, he was responsive, patient and always happy to answer our questions. His guidance gave us confidence every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We truly appreciated his professionalism, honesty and dedication. We highly recommend Ciaran to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy realtor who genuinely cares about his clients.

I came into the Edmonton area with a tight timeline on finding not just a house but a home for my family. Being military I am required to move frequently and with that carries the risk that I may not always get to live in the area I want or the house I want. Ciaran stepped up and went above and beyond to help me canvas every potential property within my selection criteria. In 2 days we pounded the pavement and looked at 26 potential properties. He was patient and considerate as we ran all across north Edmonton and the surrounding towns looking at properties until we finally found the house my wife and I wound up purchasing. A consumate professional and certainly someone who had your best interests in mind you are in good hands with Ciaran.

Working with Ciaran is an absolute dream. I was a first time home-buyer and had no real idea of the process, or what exactly I wanted. Ciaran spent hours with me telling me the steps and working with me on what I liked, didn't like, etc. He was always available and very mindful of and flexible for my schedule. I have nothing but good things to say about Ciaran and will recommend him to everyone I know that is in the market.
