Cil Cangiano

We had the pleasure of working with Cil Cangiano many times on our real estate journey in Boston. Five times to be exact. She provides professional services with a warmth and relatability that is rare. Her knowledge and availability were invaluable and we always felt supported even when issues arose. We can’t thank her enough for her patience and flexibility as we navigated a sometimes overwhelming Process.

We were so grateful to have Cil's expertise during a critical time. We had a short window to sell the condo. She not only got it sold, but got us over asking on an aggressive list price! I highly recommend!

Cil Cangiano did an excellent job in handling our sale. We had a complicated timeline due to a scheduled surgery and a mandatory period of recovery. Cil took the time to listen to us and understand our needs and then a established a marketing plan that worked for us. Our house attracted a good deal of interest and we received an offer above asking price! But best of all, thanks to Cil’s efforts and negotiating skills our buyers allowed us to stay in our former home until we were finally able to move. Cil’s communication skills are exemplary and no question went unanswered. It was truly a delight to work with Cil.
