Cindy and Harold spent a few months working with me to purchase my first home, using a conventional mortgage. They helped me search in Lexington and Frankfort, and showed me a wide variety of houses, so I could figure out what I like and what actually mattered to me vs. what I've seen on Zillow/Redfin. I did not feel pressured or like I was getting steered even after a purchase offer that was accepted but we ultimately walked away from or into our successful purchase of my first house.

Cindy and Harold were amazing, when we were looking for our home, we had close to no experience with the housing market. Cindy was extremely knowledgeable and supportive. We were originally thinking we would have to find an older home because of our price range and timeline, but Cindy was able to find a us a new build that perfectly fit our budget and timeline, and was there for us every step of the way.

Cindy was extremely helpful in eventually accepting we could NOT entertain any house with stairs due to our advanced ages. We were relocating from Florida, our previous houses were all ranch type houses and this was not the time to entertain multiple floors with steps. On our first visit to purchase the house, that very first week of seeing houses she had worked tirelessly in booking appointments for those 5 days we had scheduled to obtain a house, with no success as we had not specified the importance in a ranch only, and therefore we had to return at a later time. And so she persisted, and found us a suitable ranch with most of our listed needs which was being completed also in a most convenient time frame for us ,.... in which we now reside!
