There are not enough words for stupendous in the thesaurus to describe Cindy!! She knows her business and she is about her business and her business is getting the best deal for her client. I got more than I asked for and she helped make it happen every step of the way. She was constantly in contact updating us on our must do list and communicating with the buyers on there wants and needs. I never had to ask her for status updates. Our property was under contract in less than a week and sold within 6 weeks. She priced it perfectly. She is the reason you work with a realtor because I almost went with one of those "We Buy Houses People" because I didn't do my homework and it was easier. A decent amount of work and lots of guidance from Cindy made me 100K more, what more could you ask for!!! She is the best and I will go back to her time and time again.

Cindy went above and beyond in helping me prepare for the sale of my house. She helped me to be organized, she encouraged me, she gave me good advice, and she was very professional. I'm so glad I asked her to be my agent!
