Prior to this, Clay Gilbert was the property manager for this property and my other properties in Texas, and I was happy to find that he was very thorough and businesslike and prompt with the monthly statements, plus being always available to answer questions. From these prior experiences of Clays property management, there was no question that I wanted to have him sell this property. It was no surprise that for this sale, Clay continued to be very thorough, very friendly, and available--always getting back to me with my many questions-- even questions about real estate in general which may have been in another state! He was always ready with an answer, and I didn't have to wait for him to reply, I have had negative experiences with some agents that are hard to communicate with and Clay is just the opposite. Although I've been told, it's not really a sellers market right now this sale went through very efficiently, and I am very happy with the results.
