Working with Cody was an absolute pleasure. As international buyers, it was incredibly important for us to find someone we could trust from thousands of miles away. We couln't have made a better decision in picking Cody, who's agency came well recommended. He always answers calls and texts quickly, happily liases with other agents/HOAs/etc. and has tons of knowledge about Louisville's different pockets. What's most notable to us was Cody's genuine approach - he knew we had a variety of housing options, and was incredibly forthcoming and honest in sharing his views as to what the best choices would be, even if it meant "passing up" a sale. He truly went above and beyond to assist us, and we are so thankful to have developed a professional relationship with someone we can truly trust now and again in the future.

I trusted Cody. Nothing more important.

I knew Cody from a previous job that we both worked at and when I found out we was selling the house he was the first person that came to mind, I wanted someone that I knew and trusted since I didn't know any other Realtors but even if I did I would have still had chosen him. He was very professional at all times he got back with us whenever we had a question, he was there if there was an issue which luckily there was very little problems with the sale of the house. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property

Cody was great to work with regarding the sell of our condo. He was always available and quick to respond. He was knowledgeable of the area and market and helped walked us through each step of the process until closing day. He's very polite and professional and we highly recommended his services for selling a home. We are truly happy with First Saturday.

Cody was such an amazing person to work with. He has worked with majority of my family and we will keep sending more his way! He was always so kind and answered all my questions! I trusted him and that's what really mattered in my decision. Looking forward to buying my next house in the future with Cody as my agent!

Cody Stiff is the realtor to use, without any doubts, buying or selling. The attention to detail, the drive, caring nature, thoughtful research and responses and the availability was remarkable. The passion that Cody used during the entire process was very comforting. We honestly felt like he was on our side and the only thing we had to do was find a home and tell him what we liked and he went to bat for us and took care of the rest. The team the he uses mirrors exactly how he is as a professional. Him and his resources were always available, they were very knowdlegable within their fields and the time that they took to explain the matter at hand allowed us to learn and trust whatever Cody and his team recommended. Could not recommend Cody Stiff and his services enough!

Our virtual closing process with Cody Stiff, and First Saturday Real Estate, was so easy. The inspectors and title company they use equally professional. Relocating from Wisconsin to Kentucky, required an agent equipped to support all our moving questions, and to make referrals regarding homeowner services we needed to call upon immediately, not to mention virtual home visits and a virtual closing. Cody Stiff surpassed being our agent and responded to all of our relocation needs. Our transition to our new state has been less stressful because of Cody's attentiveness, care, and dedication to offer outstanding customer service to his clients! Cody Stiff, of First Saturday Real Estate, made for a seamless relocation from our home state of Wisconsin!

Cody Stiff was extremely detailed and prompt in all areas of the process. He was proactive and kept me informed every step along the way. From our initial meeting to the closing and after, Cody was a pleasure to work with. He demonstrated a sincere concern for meeting my needs while making a good home investment. Cody was attentive at every home tour and provided insight into the pros and cons I would have otherwise considered. He delivered everything he promised and exceeded my expectations. He was accessible, very responsive, and timely. I will definitely recommend Cody and use him if I decide to sell or buy again. He made the process easy and was incredibly gracious and fun. He never rushed me - was very patient. He rolled with my indecision and ever-changing mind. I was not sure what area I wanted to move to and his knowledge of the market and different areas of Louisville helped me make a great decision in the end. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the experience was - all due to Cody Stiff.

I would highly recommend Cody Stiff for others to use when shopping for a home. As he was great on communication and had the exact knowledge needed to help me as a first time homebuyer. He was always able to explain things easily and was reachable pretty much just about anytime of the week if I had any concerns or questions.

We were first time home buyers, and while Cody already knew us through my parents from when he helped them, he knew we were going to have questions and was always prepared to answer them. He made sure that we knew he was available anytime we needed anything, and when push came to shove when it came to getting approved and other lengthy processes, Cody always made sure to contact who he needed to help us get to where we needed to be. If you're going to be looking for a home in the Louisville area any time soon, Cody Stiff is the perfect person to go with!
