I have worked with Coleen a few times to buy my houses and she is great! Helpful and never gave up on us even when it took quite a while to find the right house.

Coleen: She move very fast taking care of the sale and all others problems. That make her wonderful !!! Thanks Carmelo Barreto

Coleen is a very wonderful person, kind, thoughtful, goes out of her way for you, very hard worker, positive, knows her business WELL! No pressure. Coleen Garner is terrific!

A friend who is a realtor in San Jose did some research for us on who she thought would be a good realtor for us in Tampa. She made a great recommendation. Coleen had great local knowledge and helped us find something we wanted--not something that she wanted to sell us. We loved working with her!
