She is great. We will recommend her to everyone we know.

My husband and I recently made a real estate purchase with the help of Coleen Garner. We had no previous knowledge of the area and needed a realtor we could trust, since most of our queries were made from a distance. We found Coleen to be immensely helpful! Coleen anticipated all of our needs and greatly exceeded our expectations during each phase of the real estate purchase. She was extremely responsive, a very competent professional, and a pleasure to work with! We are extremely satisfied customers! We would highly recommend Coleen Garner to anyone making a real estate purchase.
