Colette went above and beyond in every aspect of our home-buying process. She was present during the inspection, faxed tons of our paperwork for us, and made sure everything was running smoothly and on schedule. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We feel so lucky to have our new home and we are so thankful to Colette Evans for helping us with every step of the process. She was always on the ball and really listened to our wants and needs.

Colette's superior knowledge of the market led to the quick closing on our previous home, allowing us to close quickly on our new home. Colette provides an excellent level of professionalism that goes above and beyond those we have worked with in the past. We are completely satisfied with our experience. Colette has done a wonderful job guiding us in the purchase of our new home.

Colette was amazing. Very fluent when it comes to the real estate language which made me feel so much better. She was clear and very patient.

You need Colette Evans! We asked her for the constructive criticism we needed to sell our home. She gave it and we took it and sold our house in four days! She also improved our listing, correcting previous errors that had been overlooked. She was skilled, knowledgeable, punctual, polite, and thorough. She is an astute professional. She has excellent communication skills. She was the light at the end of our dark corporate relocation tunnel! She excels at what she does. It was truly a pleasure working with her.

Colette was very helpful throughout the process and helped keep us on track by getting timely answers to my vast list of questions. Even when things got frustrating, she was still polite and trying to provide the best service possible.

Colette was recommended to me by a friend and choosing her to represent me and help me in finding my home was the best decision I could have made. I would definitely consider her should I ever look for another home, which I don't plan on doing any time soon, but I would definitely recommend her to others that are searching for the right place to call their home. She gets a million stars in my book as she really took the time to get to know me my daughter and what we were looking for and put in a lot of extra effort to make our dreams come true.

Colette was very easy to work with and always got things done in a timely, professional fashion. She went above and beyond what needed to be done in order to sell our home. We felt comfortable and trusted her throughout the entire process. We are very grateful for how quickly and efficiently our home was sold and would be more than happy to recommend Colette to family and friends for future real estate endeavors!
