Colette Leon

This was not your everyday sale. Colette had to go above and beyond to get this sale to happen because of some of the parties involved. Inspite of having many delays, Colette was able to keep all interested parties involved, informed and happy at every step. All in all I am very happy with Colette's work, so much so, I am having her sell my other property for me. I would absolutely recommend Colette!

Colette did a great job pricing my unit- sold in 2 days! She has good knowledge of the area - did a wonderful job negotiating and took care of everything so that closing went smoothly. Would highly recommend her for buying or selling!

Could not have selected a better agent than Colette, she is a very good realtor, which if the need becomes available, I will definitely use her again
