We had to overcome some unforseen hurdles (VA law changes) that Conner handled extremely well by putting in the time and hard work to work through the issues. Being that the changes took affect after we accept the offer, there were no precedent and he did and great job problem solving solutions. There were many back-and-forth conversations about changes that needed to take place and again, Conner did a fantastic job working through everything.
