The property was actually sold in a matter of hours rather than days or weeks. Unbelievable performance. Couldn't possibly recommend her strongly enough.

Connie had helped us when we relocated to Indiana from California. She was amazing and we had no doubt when we were ready to purchase she was the only person we would contact. We have purchased several homes in different states, but this was by far the best experience we have ever had. Connie is so organized. She walked us through everything and gave us a timeline of when to do what. Amazing! Cannot say enough good, positive things about Connie.

Connie valued my comments and suggestions and accepted the good ones. She also considered my personal situation.

Connie represented the seller of a house that we had an interest. While that property did not work out, she helped us find a house that we eventually selected and purchased. Since we wanted to move back to Indiana from Arizona due to family concerns and was not local, Connie assisted us on numerous occasions with inspections and other follow-ups. Connie is a consummate professional realtor. We sincerely appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to help us find the perfect house. She took a relatively stressful life event and made it easier for my wife and I. Our experience with Connie Hill and Century 21 Scheetz has been exemplary. We will definitely recommend Connie to all of our friends and family who may need the services of a realtor in Central Indiana in the future!

My son and I had worked with Connie to buy a house for him last year. I have bought over 10 homes in my life because of transfers related to my employment, and I found Connie to be one of the best, if not the best broker that I had worked with. She first seeks to understand what the customer wants (and what they want to spend), works at identifying properties that meet the desired criteria, and when found she does a masterful job preparing the offer and closing the deal.

Mrs. Hill is so helpful in buying a home. You could not do better in having a agent.

Connie was professional, polite and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone selling of purchasing a home.

I would recommend Connie to all my friends and family. We really enjoyed her.

Connie is a very capable and professional lady. She understands the concerns of her clients. Carol Cobbs, Fishers ( formerly Carmel)
