I would highly recommend Connie Hladik to any buyer or seller. She was so easy to work with! Connie was very accessible and knowledgeable. She found ALL the answers to my questions regarding everything...from what type of tree was in the front yard to when the sprinkler system was drained. Working with Connie was an amazing experience....SO EASY!!!! Connie kept me in the loop on every aspect of the sale of the property. She has great attention to detail. I learned a lot of critical information from Connie and used it to sell/close on the property I was selling out of state. I just wish Connie could have handled the sale of my other property. I could not have asked for a smoother/easier closing than I had with Connie.
