Working with Connie McDowell on the sale of my. condo was a breeze and a dream come true. Her marketing analysis was spot-on, and her professionalism in negotiating with my buyer was crucial to completing the transaction. Her marketing skills brought the right buyer to my doorstep, and her knowledge of comparable properties in the area and the market value helped me to make an informed decision upon offer from my buyer. Connie McDowell was calm and informative every step of the way; she always respected my need to discuss options.
