I would highly recommend Connie Reyes to others in the area looking to sell their home. She handled all negotiations professionally and made sure we understood all aspects of the sale. She has sold other homes in our specific neighborhood and is familiar with comps throughout the area. We listed our home higher than Connie had suggested and hence, our home took longer to sell than necessary. We ended up selling very close to her suggested sales price! Connie was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend her to others.
