I would like to recommend Connie very highly. She answers every call right away, she is very knowledgeable about the market in all the subdivisions in the area and all the quirks of each area. That gives her unique insight into how best to sell your house- or to find one that is truly right for you. She is like a business partner but also a friend. I have worked with her on every house I have bought and sold in the Spring-Woodlands area for years. I woul not consider calling anyone else. I almost would move again just so we could have fun selling and buying another one! Work with Connie and you can't go wrong. Believe me!! Connie is the greatest. She really knows the neighborhoods. We couldn't have asked more from Connie. We began attempting to list the house in June. Because of probate issues, we were unable to complete the listing until November. Connie was there for us all the way. Due to my father's health concerns, we had to move him out of state in early July, Connie went above and beyond to help us keep track of the house. She went as far as checking on the house periodically. She also arranged for a cleaning crew to prepare the house and property prior to listing.
