Cookie Hanson

Cookie Hanson assisted us in the purchase of our first home. She helped look for properties and was prompt in showing them. We are first time home buyers and she did an excellent job at reassuring us and guiding us through the process. Cookie followed up on aspects that were lagging, including our apprasial which hadn't come through because gotten lost on the appraiser's end. We are grateful for her assistance.

Cookie is the best and cares about the process and you.

Cookie was awesome, an angel sent from heaven to help me find my place. I was looking for a while and not finding anything. She advised me to broaden my physicial areas/boundaries and then one day she called me and told me I had to see a property she knew FIT ME. She was 100% correct. It had my name on it, it fit to a T. I purchased it and am extremely happy with my purchase. Cookie is professional, knowledgeable, ALWAYS available by phone, text or email and always says yes when you need help. She works long hours and is always pleasant, professional, and polite. Cookie is a delight to work with. As for recommending her to others, I already have and will continue to do so.
