We actually were in communication by phone and online with another Broker with another company before a friend in SA referred Cordelia to us. We live in Oregon and flew down 1st week in March to SA to search for a home. At this time we were now communicating with both agents and after one meeting with the 1st agent who obviously did not have time for us or didn't see a big enough commission in us we called Cordelia who saw us immediately, she was kind and patient with us through the whole process, even when we flew back home and had 3 offers not accepted while still in SA she didn't give up on us. Trust me when I say after the struggles of getting an offer accepted we were ready to bail on the whole idea of purchasing a home. Well with the help of Cordelia and our brother and sister in-law who live there in SA we will be moving into our new home at the end of this month and we are excited. Can't be leave we purchased a house site unseen but I had all the faith in our family and Cordelia that we were making the right decision. I know Cordelia is a bit new to the industry but she has the will, faith and knowledge to make peoples dreams of owning a home come true like ours even when they live 2000 miles away. The Lord lead to the right agent at the right time.
