Cori did such an excellent job for me. She didn't push for me to update the house to get more money - because I wouldn't have gotten any more than what I put in. I was able to sell quickly due to her marketing process and open houses. She's the best.

We enlisted Cori to sell our home after working with her to purchase it years before. Cori is professional and relatable. She is excellent to work with. Cori came prepared with a lot of research and detailed plan to sell our home. The home sold in less than two weeks for a price we were thrilled with. I would highly recommend Cori to buyers and sellers.

Cori is simply the best. She is kind and knowledgeable. Cori knows exactly how to get things done with great attention to detail. We fully trusted her expertise, let her take the reins and sold our home after only one open house! I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

Knowledgeable, personable, and professional are three words to describe Cori and Kat. This is our second experience (buying & selling) with them and both times have been positive. These professionals take the stress out of the equation. We won't be considering any other realtors in the future.

It has been about 5 years since previously worked with Cori's when selling my In-laws home after their passing. Cori was caring and sensitivities to the emotional loads that come with letting go of a lifelong family residence. I was very impressed with Cori's caring and effective approach to that previous sale. It was an easy decision to reconnect with Cori just a couple of months ago. My mother's residence of 40 years represented the nest egg of 93-year-olds continuing care plan. Cori instantly joined the mission. It was instantly apparent that Cori's experience and expertise continued to grow and flourish since our last transaction. She assumed the role of Real Estate Rock Star! Cori's winning tools and strategy paid off. But wait, Cori was really impressive at the point we accepted the contract offer. It was a new ballgame. Cori took charge of getting the deal executed. The follow up with lenders, Appraisers, Inspectors, Attorneys and Title companies? Priceless

Cori skillfully led our family through the process of getting our mother's house on the market and sold, with unwaivering attention and valuable insight leading to a perfect result.

Friendly, informative and reliable describes Cori. Wouldn't buy or sell property without her.

Having not moved in 34 years, we were very fortunate to bring on Cori Michael and the Nest Equity Reality team to assist us in the sell/buy process of our homes. From placing our house on the market to moving into our new home, Cori made the process seamless through her high level experience, knowlege and constant interpersonal relations. We were frequently updated even when there was little to share, she made us feel as though we were her only clients. We couldn't be more greatful to her and her team and highly recommend them to any prospective home buyer/seller.

Cori is very knowledgeable about Real Estate. She has great connections. Her determination and drive to get the job done is unmatched. She took me through every step and always made me feel hopeful. She got the job done. Will recommend her and she will always be my realtor.
