very good experience, would highly recommend, Cori was very helpful and understanding of our needs.

Cori was very patient while helping me find a new house. She did not make me feel rushed to make a decision. She went out with me multiple times & was always very east to contact. She always called or texted back right away. Cori went with me to the closing to be there for moral support in case anything would go wrong. She goes above & beyond for her clients & I didn't feel like I had a realtor/client relationship but a friendship with a very knowledgeable person helping me find a house.

I chose Cori Bus to be my realtor because I knew her personally. I knew Cori was good at what she did but I had no idea just how knowledgeable and spot on she was in her direction of what I needed to to do to sell my house quickly and at the best possible price. Cori smoothly negotiated with the buyers even though the buyers realtor was unresponsive and at times unprofessional. I had multiple offers on my house within 12 hours of listing so Cori made sure it was priced correctly. Because of her suggestions of the improvements I needed to make that would help me sell my home I was able to have multiple offers and to sell my home above list price. Cori made sure everyone new when my house was listed and when my open house was going to occur. I have moved/sold homes many times in the past but never has my experience been this positive. Cori always answered my phone calla and my questions and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I worked with Cori's recommended Lawyer (Helen Bus) who was exceptional. There were some negotiations that were difficult but Helen was awesome in resolving the issues. I also know that a lot of online advertising was handled by Katie Smith. The work looked great and made my house pop through the clutter. I would recommend Cori Bus to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house because I have seen her in action successfully sell my home. If you are looking for someone to help you navigate the selling process Cori is your person to get you through the process smoothly and professionally.

Cori Bus is truly a godsend. Being a first time home buyer is a scary adventure but Cori made it so much easier. She was understanding of exactly what we wanted and delivered. Beyond that she was well prepared in terms of property details and responding to any and all questions. Treating us more like friends and less like clients, her rapport was second to none. I would highly suggest using her services as you will not find a better realtor anywhere else.

Cori was very professional, on point, quick to respond to questions and emails, and had a great knowledge of the local area/community. Ever since the first email to Cori for a local listing I found online, Cori was interested in following up until she ensured the customer (me) was satisfied with the options provided for homes in our target area. I would highly recommend Cori as a top choice realtor.

Cori was very professional and resourceful. Cori is a wonderful realtor. I appreciate all that she did to help me purchase my new house. I would have given up without her support and hopefulness of finding the right place and getting the loan.

Cori was fabulous! Always available when I needed her with answers to all of my questions! She has a great personality as well:)
