Cortney Walcott

Cortney helped us find our dream home. We couldn't be happier with the way she handled all the details of our home purchase. She listened to all our concerns from the inspection report and found contractors for us to have them fixed after the purchase. We would recommend Cortney for your next home purchase. She is still in contact with us, even after the closing, making sure everyone is following through with what they promised.

Cortney is so much fun to work with. After two failed offers/ buyers (they backed out at the last minute) on our home, she stuck with it. She kept us informed every step of the way, all the while easing our nerves with her positive energy! We finally got it sold on the third try. It all worked out the way it was supposed to. They new buyer loved or home and we are so excited for her and her family. I would work with Cortney anytime!

Cortney was a joy to work with! She stays on top of things and offers alternatives I had not thought of. She is friendly, always smiling and very professional. Your team is lucky to have her!
