An Amazing Realtor! I can’t say enough wonderful things about my realtor! After living in Heritage Grove, a 55 community, she understood my situation and the challenges of needing to downsize from my current home. Being older and facing such a big transition, I truly appreciated her patience, kindness, and willingness to listen to my needs and concerns. She was professional, caring, and hardworking throughout the entire process. She put in so much time and effort, including working weekends to hold open houses, and would recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

Courtney was very dedicated and determined from the start to help my wife and I sell our house. Due to the market being slower in the winter time, it was visible Courtney was still working very hard to advertise and sell our home as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Courtney was friendly and professional throughout our experience. Courtney's communication throughout the whole process was unparalleled as well.

Courtney is the ultimate professional. She is communicative, professional, informed, committed, and hard-working. She went out of her way to make this process as smooth as possible. I'm addition to her professional character, she is also very understanding and patient.

Courtney kept us continuously updated during the entire process of purchasing our new home. She was very helpful after the close of escrow with information on utilities and warranty items as we are from Wyoming. Absolutely amazing to work with and will definitely recommend her to family and friends

I can't say enough great things about working with Courtney!! In fact, if I could mark something higher than EXCELLENT on your survey, I would!! I had worked with Courtney previously, but opted not to purchase at that time. When the time came for me to try again, I didn’t hesitate to call her. From the moment she started helping me with my home purchase, she was awesome. She was constantly on top of things and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Courtney was constantly communicating with me and patiently leading me every step of the way in my pursuit of a new home. With her help I found my forever home and I feel so lucky to have had her as part of my journey!

Courtney did a great job informing me of upcoming listing and finding the right lot that fits me ! She was excellent at communicating with me throughout the escrow process and would recommend her to any family and friends! Courtney was enjoyable to work with and will call her again for any future real estate!
