I told Courtney what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, She has lived in the area all her life and was able to fine me the perfect home. If you are in the market for a new home in the Manteca area, she is your Lady. I am a little bias, she is my Daughter in Law, but she knows what she is doing and she doe's it very well.

Courtney Murphy was fabulous! She worked hard for us and I felt that I could always contact her and ask questions. She returned calls quickly and always was following up and keeping us updated on what was going on. I would use Courtney and Snyder Real Estate Services again.

She was a very kind person inside and out. In a short time of working with her of finding our new friend. We had become friend with our boys playing with one another. Very patient realtor. Very knowledge. Point out the important of the inspection if necessary. Courtney Murphy was the only realtor we had work with since the beginning to the end of the proceess of buying a house. She's above and beyond knowledge and friendly. Thank you Courtney Murphy for being there 100% with you to the end even though my husband was hard to deal with. Lol!! Just joking.

As a first time home buyer, just knowing Courtney Murphy and interacting with her over the years impressed me. We had amazing service and understanding when we had to put our house search on hold last year. When we did buy, she made each step easy, understandable, quick and she even went out of her way many times for us. No need to ever find anyone else!
