Craig and the Rioux Baker Team were incredible to deal with. After being referred to Craig by Sherry, he quickly learned what we were looking for in a winter getaway property. Although we asked a ton of questions at all hours of the day, he always responded back quickly. He had great knowledge of the area and we are extremely grateful to have received his assistance in purchasing our first family chalet. Thank you Craig and Sherry!

Craig Davies was very professional and enjoyable to work with. He is knowledgeable about the area, was enthusiastic about our new home but also prudent with his advice. He listened to our concerns with genuine interest and was solution oriented. We would absolutely choose to work with Craig again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Collingwood/Blue Mountain area!

Craig Davies of Rioux-Baker/Clairwood was great to deal with, super knowledgeable about the community and very patient while we figured out what sort of property we wanted. He gladly showed us a variety of homes without any pressure to put an offer on something that wasn't right. When we decided on the home we wanted, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the negotiation process. He provided great after-sales support, too. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone looking to buy in the Collingwood/Blue Mountains area.

He was excellent and I am so pleased to have worked with Craig Davies. Outstanding agent! Craig Davies is a pleasure to recommend to everyone.

This was my first experience with Craig Davies and he was an amazing substitute for my regular realtor who was unfortunately unavailable. I felt Craig always had my best intentions at heart and was great at communicating to all the various parties involved in our transaction. He was never pushy and always available when needed. I would certainly recommend his services to anyone.

We are new to this town. Craig is the only person we know. That is re-assuring, when you know someone as patient and knowledgeable as Craig.

I found Craig to be organized, personable and highly competent. Was not too pleased with home inspection. There was no hot water, virtually no pressure in kitchen tap, two doors stick when opened and fridge makes loud knocking noise. Had to pay a plumber to rectify I was completely satisfied with his work. He dealt with all my issues immediately and to my satisfaction.
