My decision to move back to the Three Rivers area was a big one. I follow Crystal Heivilin on social media and she was always popping up as having continual success with rave reviews. I reached out to Crystal and told her what I was looking for. She quickly arranged multiple showings when I traveled in from out of state. I made a decision quickly, and then despite a meltdown or two, with her patience and therapy sessions, I made it through! I opted for new construction, and I can't recommend having your own realtor as a buyer's agent enough. The selling realtor was amazing as well, but knowing I had Crystal in my corner was a great source of comfort. I would give Crystal Heivilin a 10/10 and would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor!
