I loved working with Curtis! My fiance and I had a lot of ideas and desires we wanted in our forever home and Curtis was able to sift through all of our wishes and found the best home for us. We had some challenges with the seller, but I was not panicked (for the most part lol) because Curtis was there throughout the entire process offering support however he could. Curtis Howe was our Buyer's agent 22 years ago when we purchased 39 Moultrie St. and provided the contact to our buyer's agent in North Carolina when we purchased a home there four years ago. When we purchased 39 Moultrie St. 22 years ago we made an offer on the house before the "For Sale" sign was placed. Curtis brought a buyer to us who did the same thing. Thus, there were no signs or "Open House" event. Curtis provide excellent results based on our experience with him and feedback from other people that we had referred to him over the years.
