I purchased my home with Curt in 2020, and knew in 2025 when I was ready to sell that I was in good hands with Curt. In both buying and selling Curt was communicative, knowledgeable, and kind. He advocated for me and took roadblocks in stride. There are units in the complex I was selling that had been on the market for 6 months, and mine was under contract 2 weeks after listing.
