I am very happy with the outcome of the sale of my home. Cynthia is an excellent agent. She has a pleasant personality. She is kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced in real estate. The whole process went very smoothly. My overall experience with Cynthia Rosas and Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper Realtors was excellent. My house sold quickly, even when the market was slowing down. We closed on time. Cynthia is a wonderful agent!

If it wasn't for Cynthia Rosas I don't believe I would have gotten this house. She was professional from our very first phone conversation and at that moment I knew I was in good hands. Cynthia's passion for her job was very evident in her willingness to be there for me through the entire process until we got to the finish line. I will be highly recommending Cynthia to my friends and associates that are looking for a new home.

Cynthia went above and beyond her scope of a realtor. Moving day was a bit stressful as our moving company underestimated our needs and they were not able to move all of our belongings to storage in time. Cynthia showed up the next day with her husband and their truck, and helped us move the rest of the items. Not only did she help with the moving, she hired professional cleaners to clean the house so we didn't have to worry about that since we were a bit overwhelmed and stressed with the move. During the whole selling process, she was always available to answer any of our questions and offer advice.
