Before our house was listed, she gave us recommendations for reasonable changes (which we implemented) to make it more marketable She was spot on in her recommendations. The house sold almost immediately. We were out of town and quite busy with our son's wedding and planning a move out of the country. Cynthia understood our expectations and desires and that we were leaving the sale of our home in her hands. She contacted us only when necessary, as per our understanding, but included us in the final negotiations. We got the price and the type of buyer we wanted. And, it was completely stress free for us. Although it took quite a while to sell our Condo due to the poor market conditions, she was able to get us an excellent renter for 6 months.
