Daina Lau

We are in the process of selling our leasehold apartment within a co-op and our agent, Daina Lau, has been unmatched in navigating this complex situation. From our first consultation, she impressed us with her professionalism, market knowledge, and genuine care. Daina stands out for her proactive communication and strategic guidance. From staging and marketing to showings and offers, she keeps us informed and confident at every stage. Her expertise makes a potentially overwhelming process feel seamless and efficient. We highly recommend Daina Lau to anyone seeking a dedicated, honest realtor who consistently goes above and beyond for her clients.

Daina was a true professional in every sense. She was a pleasure to work with, displayed extraordinary attention to detail and made our first purchase with her very smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends. She was available 24x7 and never too busy to take a call or to respond to a text or email. She explained every step of the process thoroughly and was always working with our best intentions in mind. Just a joy to work with and she has the local knowledge of the real estate market in Hawaii. We look forward to our next real estate purchase with Daina!! Mahalo, mahalo!!

It was indeed a pleasure -- once again -- to have Daina Lau as our realtor for the recent sale of our custom design one bedroom condo unit. Daina exudes such warmth, friendliness, and a great sense of humor, making it very easy to communicate and work with her. Daina recommended and implemented some excellent stategies which resulted in a very timely, if not record-breaking closing. Daina maintained daily communication with us -- providing updates and dealing with any new developments throughout the entire course of this process from beginning to end. In short -- Daina rocks!
