I've purchased 17 homes between many military moves and buying vacation homes. This was, by far, the smoothest purchase I've had. Dalena was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had very short windows for looking at homes, conducting the inspection, and closing because we live in another state. Dalena handled so much for us. Most importantly, she paid great attention to detail, offered helpful solutions, had a good list of referrals, and always got back to us immediately. I could not recommend Dalena more highly. We were lucky to have Dalena as our agent.

Dalena was incredible to work with during a really difficult time. She helped me and my brothers sell our father’s property after he passed, and she made the entire process so much easier. Since we all live out of state, communication was especially important—and she was always responsive, clear, and on top of everything. She guided us through each step, handled details we couldn’t be there for, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. We truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and care, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a reliable and compassionate real estate agent.

Dalena was very knowledgeable and always responsive to any questions that I had. She always kept an open line of communication through the whole process. I would highly recommend her and would use her again for buying or selling of our next property.

Dalena went above and beyond her station to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with our home. We ended up with a house that was perfect for us, and Dalena was very diligent imthroughout the entire process. Her patience was astounding, her understanding was impressive, and her recommendation was spot-on. She is excellent at keeping a tight schedule and ensuring the process is as smooth as possible. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to utilize her if they are in the market to buy a new home.

Dalena was a pleasure to work with. Very professional in ever aspect of my home buying experience. She is very knowledgeable, and on top of things. She stays in constant contact with you on everything and is always going above and beyond to help her clients. I would recommend Dalena to my friends and family. Never had such a wonderful experience with a real estate agent before. Thank you!

Working with Dalena was wonderful. Being from out of the area, we relied on her extensive knowledge and insight relating to the various areas around NE TN. We looked at a wide range of properties as we were struggling to determine exactly what we wanted and where we wanted our new place. Dalena was remarkably patient, outstandingly responsive, and always open with her feedback on viewed properties. When we found our new home, she made the process very smooth, quick, and easy.

Loved working with Dalena! I've known Dalena for 12 years personally and found her to be a joy to work with. She was very reassuring and thorough throughout the whole process! My husband and I are very pleased with her services.

Dalena and professional and an excellent communicator. She did a great job providing a comp for my prperty and meeting my expectations.

We used Dalena to assist us in selling our family home in June and now we used her to sell the lot behind the home. Just as in earlier home selling experience, we were 110% satisfied with Dalena's services. The lot sold immediatley for full price (above our expectation). Dalena's calm, informative, and always helpful attitute is key to having a satisfied sale experience. She knows the market and is quickly becoming a top agent in the area. She is always available and supports her clients from start to finish. I have recommended Dalena to friends and family and I will continue to do so in the future.

Dalena is an excellent realtor. I have worked with many realtors in my lifetime and I rate Dalena among the best. She is smart, does her homework, thinks "out of the box", and does the extra things that make the realty experience satisfactory. She was always 1-step ahead on all facets during the sale. She had a great marketing plan which I believe was the difference between Dalena and the previous realtor who was unable to sell the house. We also received top price for the house. Dalena was in constant communication with the Buyer realtor, loan underwriter, title co., etc. Dalena was always calm and positive and helped us through the inevitable bumps and challenges when selling a house. Dalena has the right touch and knows the right questions and follow-ups to help evaluate potential Buyers in multiple bid situations. I have 100% confidence in her. I already have recommended her to my friends in are interested in area realty. Dalena Adams did a great job!!!!
