Damian Azambuya has a great personality and character, honest and straightforward. He listen to all my needs and concerns about purchasing the property and he was excellent at explaining all the technical details and guiding me during the process. He was very knowledgeable about the areas and their differences for me to make the best decision. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for help to find a residence. When we visited the properties he pointed out the details that made a difference. When I made the selection he explain all the steps of the process for me to know what to expect. He took care of the inspection and I trusted him. He was very knowledgeable about the communities and explaining me the differences. He represented me well in the negotiation of price. In the year 2021, I began planning to move from Hawaii to Florida and did not know anyone here. A friend from Hawaii who works with Damian for the last ten years referred me to him and we began a conversation in November 2021. He was very friendly, perceptive, and knowledgeable and I decided he was the right person to assist me during this difficult process of transition. Damian is 200%! He went far and beyond to help me during the process. He is a pure heart and I want to make sure he receives all the credits and commissions he deserves. I never visited Florida before and I rely on him for guidance. He was the first person I met in Florida! Thank you, Damian! You are the best!
