Dan made the home selling process easy for us as sellers as he took every opportunity to provide us with exceptional service in all phases of the process. His response time was amazing and his professionalism second to none. His leadership and knowledge of the market and how we fit in it as sellers was spot on and conducive to reducing our stress as sellers to a minimum. I highly recommend Dan if you are looking to sell or buy a home in the North Texas Market. Do yourself a favor and call him today!

Dan Holmes is an extremely high quality buyers agent, he knows the local area's like the back of his hands and has stayed on top of all of the changing regulations in the Home buying process. He helped me purchase my house with absolutely minimal work on my side and even brought many great recommendations for the contractor work that I was looking to get done. Overall I have never had a better experience with an agent on any purchase and would recommend Dan to anyone who is looking to buy a house in Dan's area.

Dan is one of the best realtors you'll find out there. This is our 3rd transaction with him and we will absolutely use no one else for our future real-estate needs. He is friendly, professional, and kind. He worked tirelessly on our latest sale and his efforts are appreciated.

Dan was referred by my father in law and he helped me with finding a rental home for my family and I before we moved to DFW. Once here he worked with us and found us our latest home that we built and are in love with. Dan was excellent to work with and has plenty of local experience and connections.

Dan was absolutely stellar during the entirety of the (very long due to COVID) process. Throughout every aspect of the process he took charge and helped with everything that I had questions about. The first round of houses ended up being a wash due to the insane housing market issues and bidding war that went on during the first few months of 2021. Dan and I looked through several houses and ended up settling on several before being told we were outbid by upwards of $50,000 each time. Dan took the time to explain every part of the process and answered every question that I had, and offered me plenty of options to choose from. When we finally landed this house, he took the time to explain every next potential step in the process and what I would need for each step. He was the best help I could have asked for as a first time home buyer and I will recommend him every chance I get. Dan knew the local area like the back of his hand, and explained every region in detail, helping me pick the area that was best suited for me and my needs. Dan Holmes will always be my realtor for the Dallas area for as long as I live here.
