I did not know Dana Patterson before I met her at the property. She was on time, dressed professionally and had a great big smile. It was apparent she knew the area and how to stage and sell my property. When she came back to take pictures of the property I had not completely finished inside and she pitched in and helped make quick work of what was left. The property was listed quickly and the photos were beautiful and perfect. She had people within 48 hours going to see the property and we had a contract less than 1 week. It closed with zero issue. I do not think you could do any better than Dana. She is a remarkable agent and her happiness in what she does is apparent every step of the way. Dana was much more professional than the other two agents we had dealt with previously (from other companies) She gave us tips on staging the house and grounds and followed through with an open house and bringing buyers by for a look. Once we found our buyers, she helped us with a short lease/purchase and eventual sale in half the time we thought it would take. I would use her again in a heartbeat and would recommend her to family and friends.
