Dana was great to work with. we were more than satisfied with her attention to our needs and finfing a contractor and cleaning service. we will be using her again

Dana has great experience and knowledge of selling a home. I have known Dana and her family all my life. She is very professional and good at what she does. She has helped me in the past with buying and selling properties! I would recommend Dana to anyone and everyone!

I've personally known Dana for years, when it came time to purchase a new home, she was our first choice. Dana's knowledge of the area, local rules and regulations, along with market trends is unmatched. She's willing to help in all aspects of the sale. We will most definitely use Dana again in the future and would highly recommend her to our friends and family who need expert realtor services.

During a holiday we reached out to Dana with the understanding it was a holiday, but she STILL arranged a viewing of the house! After listening to our wants and needs she knew exactly where we should look. And there we found our future home.

Experience and professionalism - a perfect description of what you will find when dealing with Dana Patterson. Her family has deep roots in the area, so you won't find anyone else more knowledgeable or qualified to fit you into a perfect home, or sell your home even in the most challenging housing market. My husband and I built several spec houses in the area in the 1980s. Dana sold them all, several even before the homes were fully finished. I have never sat at a closing table with her, whether as a buyer or seller, and had even the slightest glitch, and that's saying a lot. That's most important when engaging a real estate agent - you certainly don't want one who's just playing the game. You want Dana Patterson - don't waste your time on anyone else.

We've used Dana on every purchase and sale of homes and land for the past 13 years. She’s an expert in her field! We'd never consider using another real estate agent. She started out as our agent and quickly became a friend! We highly recommend Dana for all of your real estate needs.

This my 3rd property purchased with Dana! And I'm happy that I had an opportunity to work with her again. Always resorceful and helpful! I would work with Dana again! Thank you for the great work!

Having used Dana Patterson before and appreciating her professionalism she absolutely was our choice prior to deciding on whether or not to sell our condo we contacted her for a heads-up. Would do same in the future for an excellent experience. We give her an A . Thanks again to Dana

Dana is always great to work with! She will always be my go to agent
