Dana Petterson is the best real estate professional we have worked with! Her knowledge about the area, housing market and overall marketing of our home was second to none! I would highly recommend Dana Patterson for your real estate needs.

Dana did an excellent job of marketing our property. The pictures, verbiage and overall advertisement on the market were what made our house sell in less than 2 days for full asking price. I would highly recomend her to anyone in this area interested in buying or selling real estate.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you, Dana sincerely for all of your help in finding our first home. Your professionalism and dedication in guiding us have truly been a blessing to us. I am deeply grateful for your steadfast support and hard work. As first time home buyers your patience and understanding were key in making this process seamless and much less stressful. May God bless you for all of your efforts and the exceptional care you show to your clients. With love, The Shuler family

I have worked with Dana previously purchasing and selling a home. Her marketing skills and personality are incomparable to realtors I've utilized in my past real estate transactions. Dana kept me informed and was always a phone call away. Her experience is evident from first encounter to closing. I would hire Dana again and again and refer her to other acquaintances buying or selling a home.

Very easy to work with.. Awesome experience

I took a new job in town, and we were moving in from 5 hours away so we didn't know anyone. As soon as I mentioned house-hunting, multiple people began recommending Dana Patterson. In fact, I think everyone recommended her- and they were all right! Dana was incredibly helpful as she guided my wife and I through the process. I can't think of any reason why anyone would go anywhere else. In fact, we now consider Dana a friend, and not just our realtor.

Dana was amazing. I was unable to be in the state while the property was for sale. She took care of everything. Her knowledge of the area and price point were key. Would highly recommend.

Dana is helpful and professional wirh all parties. She seeks to negotiate and make the sale by stepping back and understanding both parties wants and needs. We will use her services again, if needed, in the future.

We could not have had a better experience buying our home. Dana is so knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend Dana Patterson for your real estate needs.
